No it wont drop anything to 64. It dosent apply the video ram to each monitor because for dual monitors it just extends the width of your desktop. You wont notice anything but that you have twice the deskspace. The video memory isnt a factor with two monitors, because in a normal two monitor setup your desktop just gets extended by twice the width. So for instance if your running 1024x768 desktop resolution on one monitor, dual monitors would would then be 2048x768 Desktop resolution witch takes a little more video memory but only like 1 or 2 megs. When you play games it turns off one of your monitors.
