As far as I can tell that model isn't subpatched.
But if you want the effect on a subpatched model there are two ways you can do it:
-The first way is to create a UV map and then apply the screen capture (after a little editing) as the UV texture. I really don't advise this way though.
-The second way is to use the Diff_surf plugin found here:

That will give a seperate surface to each polygon, then under the edges tab in layout you apply only the surface edges.
