i have never modeled trees but i am sure that the trees are like that when they are withough leaves, anyway waht i was trying to say is add some leaves with Philips tutorial from the sunset vids

and for the doors and window glass its too perfect... and glass never reflects perfectly add some bump maps or something or give it some glass effects

Other than that its a very good render for your second scene,
