the tutorial i used is at the
www.cgfocus.com.. over there the stuff is a little bit different, in fact I used only some material settings guides (btw. the tutorial is great as I am a complete newbe and had no problems at all)
as for the spring.. well I have no idea what is it
I don't even know what the big thing is.. so if anyone knows please let me know
my real reasons for putting the spring were:
1. make his haircut
2. make those little tiny bubbels caused by the move of his haircut (which in fact are really visible in HiRes versions at
www.quadromedia.pl)
3. get the impression that he is a little bit like.. transparent
4. and maybe make the image more interesting
and that's it
