Never really had to use plugins, but I need to now

Once I have added a plugin on modeler I can easily find the plugin in edit menu layout. But on layout, when i add the Plugin I cant find it anywhere on edit layout menu. This is the C4 plugin im trying to activate, can ayone help ? Im using lw 7.5c.
