If you just want a sharp 90 degree angle you can do that quickly by:

1 - take a tube and make a 45 degree knife cut in the end. Since the knife doesn't lock at 45 degrees, it is easier to rotate the tube 45 and make a straight cut.

2 - Delete out the end polys. You should have a tube with an angled cut.

3 - Mirror the tube so you get a matching pair

4 - Rotate the new tube and match up the points of the two 45 degree ends.

5 - Merge points. If all the points don't merge, switch to manual and use a play with the distance setting until it works.

If you are using sub-d, your corner will be very round. Use the knife tool to make a straight cut on each tube to tighten up the corner. If it is still not pointy enough, use Bandsaw to make another cut on each side right tight to the point.

You can also use bevel and rotate but a lot of times the shape will distort. The lather loot also works but getting the right results can be a little more complex.
