Hi there pixelone.... Hmm,, the image looks like CG,,, Hehe,,, oh well i know that the ocean can be done like that. You pro want to download Eki's pak,,, its free if you can stand the annoying messages. The seagen would get you the ocean you need. Or if you want to model it,, do remember that you want detail near the center and less detail as it goes out. Play with the surface editor and you can get it to look like that. As for the animation part you might want to try the free ocean tutorial on this site...
