well iv had enouth of the modelling of this thing .
i am quite a total noob but quite a quick learner and willing to put time in and i have put alot of time into this **(mostly because of the noobish techniques i used)**
its very fustrating lol. as you learn new things as you go along and then by time you finish it. you know alot more and know you can do alot better now. which also goes for along the way to.
but i promised my self i wornt keep restarting i am going to stick at it
1 of the very major things i have learnt from doing this is how to begin the model . i could of saved hours if i took some time to plan. even tho i carnt draw to scale it would have helped.
i tryed putting my concept into it but it was not right. the body was twisted and everything so i gave up on that and did it by tweaking and tweaking until i liked it.
i could carry on tweaking it and mayb get it better especially the arms. hands i did upside down so the top is the palm >.< so ill tweak that some.
but i am going to use procedural textures for the textureing as i cannot yet correctly do anything else and dont have time to learn it. hopefully next time i will do better.
damn this sounds like im leaveing it as it is. im not iv just finished the modeling. im going to do simple procedural textures on it and put it into a pose.
just looking around at both this and maya forums has also help me along

thanks every1 on helping me learn basic modeling
from what i began with something a little like what you see below i think i did ok but that was a terrible noob mistake i did for starting . it added likt 10 hours onto working time
now onto procedure textures
