ok, i finally got it rendered, there must have been somthin worng with the file, when i set it back up from scratch it worked fine :p
ok the top render is at low Anti-A and with Caustics on :p
and the bottom is the render with Anti-A on Medium and Caustics and Radiosity on, i dont understand what all the dots are, isnt this render meant to be better than the top 1, its wierd. i dont know if when rendering i should have had Anti-A higher, any help would be great, its funny the top render looks better and it took 3min to render compared to the 2hrs the bottom 1 lasted.
i can see that the bottom 1 is more shinny and stuff, but i dont know what those dots are ??
