I am liking what I am seeing,

I would try making the sky more of an eerie blue maybe add a actual moon just floating above the church,

try a scene without the gallows, instead have one of those church signs thats says "Repent, repent, wash your soul clean" or something like that on the front and you could have two hanging lanterns burning away lighting that area.
