Ok, this may be a noob question, I am not sure.

I know we can select points then hit i key and align them for example to absolute zero for a clean edge to mirror with.

However, ,y question is this, is their a tool or plugin that would allow a line to be made clean even if its in a Curve.

Lets say you have a line that is in a curve but not all the points are in and are in need of attention as it may effect the smoothness of the curve. COuld we select 2 of the points that may be in good position and then using some tool bring them in a clean line but not lose the intended curve?

I hope I have made my question clear!
