Well if it shall be new like it was decades ago or like it is after a million kilometers. The newer 70's version was called ChiTy Charger here. I really don't know of new version Fiat 500 today.
Modell 600 was more common here, it had funny nickname too "Bleep". My friend cut the roof off from one, seated it with high seats to make it look even smaller. It was painted black and white like a police. No hood on back and engine was rather smoky one. Kind of nostalgy here
