Hmm.. I recall seeing some stories on the Register about these marketing schemes (and yes, the people that run them are under investigation).
Whilst the iPods (or screens or whatever) do ship, you need to get something in the region of 500 referrals or somesuch before they'll ship out to you. In the meantime, you're simply opening yourself up for being spammed (or scammed)...
I'd steer well clear ... remember the old internet maxim - "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is"
