Just another thought.. since you are more of a animator, then how about a small animation scene. No walks, you could continue the basic rigging and animation phillip did, and take it to the next level, ik/fk switching, pose to pose, then working on the curves. Using constraints. Something like that seems a good idea to me.
Or then again, logo animation with particals and some motion or visual fx type stuff can be a nice touch and also will be different than the other sites.
