The main problem she looks like a man i think is the jaw line. It contains to much angular sides. I think if you make them more rounder, she will look more like a woman.
I've also moved the ears a bit inside the head, they are pointing out to much. The neck is also looking to long, so maybe shorten it up ( that wont be that much work
).
Oh and one final tip. Make the nose-bridge a bit more smoother, it looks very sharp at the moment.
