Hi, I need some help with a special effect I want to do. I need to match up the camera movements of Video footage with a 3D element. Then I want to output the 3D object and it's shadow. So I can Composite with in another application. Can anyone help me? I've been successful with compositing a flat image with Frontal Projection. But with Moving Video I don't know what to do, i can't keep making shadow catching geometry for every second the Video moves!!! HELP!!
