...i spent all day working on this...well except the part of the day i spent looking for a friggin' reference which was the better part of 3 hours maybe 4...and couldn't find anything so i finally called it quits and decided to wing it...so i dropped grey's [anatomy] skull into the background and went to town on it...and i guess this is what happens when you wing it...

...you can ignore the weird creepy half smile that its got goin' on...
...also note...there are no ears as of yet...you would have realized that for yourself...but i felt like pointing it out...
