The idea is great but don't the sheets look just a bit too jelly-like? I mean too soft, with no resistence? They look more like a piece of... well...clay...
Try making them a little stiffer at least at the tips of the fingers so they don't sink so deep.
Of course, if no one agrees with me I will personally delete the post and begin self flagellation....
