You could use MD controller or what's his name. It's pretty much the same as clothFX.

Very nice texturing and I like all those 'little' creatures just strolling along his bed...cool.

Just a thought: could you raise the upper part of the body just a bit... like he was just about to jump out of his bed and start screaming and run outside...

Oh, and could you also spin the clock just a little so we see what time it is....
