Okay, Here is the start of the model. I will try to make a sketch for you later, to show you what my idea is.

believe it or not, but this is going to be Jake the angel. I wouldn't get rid of the sunglasses.

EDIT: okay, here is a sketch. Not sure about the clothes. I think they need to be more angel-like.
Anyhow, I wants to give small wings.
