I have a suggestion using SubD. Try this link. It's quick on the fly made mini. But, hopefully will get on the right path, if you use SubD. No audio. You will need to be on DSL or Cable modem, because the file is around 1.7megs. Wait about 1 to 2 mins to load and you should see the video. Need Shockwave too. I will work on using a preloader in the future.

anyone interested, I changed the link to the actual avi file so, it will play in your media player with controls.
