If you mean the alternating gray/black lines on the right, the easy way to do that is to draw one of each line, zoom in and marquee a section of the 2 lines so it would be repeatable. If you make each line 1 pixel high then you would select 2 pixels high. Width doesn't matter. You could do 2 pixels by 2 pixels. Then set the selection as a pattern. You can now fill the full screen with the lines if you want. One thing to remember when setting patterns is that PS pays no attention to layers when you do it, so turn off any layers you don't want included.
