Superb renders. You have what appears to be some unwelded points on the roof at the front by the air intake, but apart from that the modelling looks sound.

For the textures, Phooshop is indeed your friend. You will need to offset the texture by 50% in both X and Y - this will move the seams into the centre of the image. It's then a case of careful use of the smudge and clone tools to hide them as much as possible - this will then give you a tileable texture.
