Hello. I paid for 35 points. The amount was charged to my credit card, but I got an email saying no points were allocated to my account because no address info was included with the order. However, I did enter my address info on the order page. So, there must be something wrong with the order page and capturing the address info that I entered.
I replied to the email that was sent to me from
David@simply3dworld.com confirming that my address was entered when making my order and supplying the info again.
This is very disconcerting! I sure hope I am going to get my points! The order page needs to be looked at. I do not know why it didn't retain the address info I put in. Something is not working there!
