I've been in houses where the wallpapering is similar so it does follow taste of many people. Your room lighting is nicely done, and modeling is excellent too. Nice and flush.
The style will go really well with your characters. Thats one thing that some people dont considder. If you make a completely realistic scene then your characters have to follow that and suit it too.
