@davie563: The render was only for the outside of the head, mouth stil needs to be textured... and I just don't seem to get there.
The rest of the body also needs some image maps. I have some procedurals that look nice, put I really want to add some details here and there and you juat can't do that with procedurals (I think)

@dae You have to take into consideration that the mass of this beast is not that big. Remember, it can (or more likely should be able to) fly. So I guess it uses the prooven tricks of hollow bones, weight reduction kits, lighter than air gas pockets (probably Hydrogen, as it's a very easy obtainable gas, and it could serve more than one use in the body - flamethrower anybody?)
And the second reason why I'm not detailing it further is that I want to be able to actually rotate the thing in Modeler.. whici is already beginning to hurt, especially after about 200 hand made spikes on his back.

I'll post some updates later on, just have to render them, which is taking my old Duron quite a while to do.
Does anybody have a cpu they don't need? :bow:
