Default Rigging Problem

Aaaarrgghhh!!!!
I'm working through a tutorial just now and I've been setting up skelegons in modeler, I'd got rather far into the rig when I just realised I've been rigging while in one of the morphs.
:headbang:
So I changed it back to base and all the skelegon positions have moved around.
I tried cutting and pasting the skelegons into a save I did before rigging and it's still the same, the setup works on the morph it was on while I was rigging, but any other including the base the skelegons are all in the wrong place.
Is there a quick way of sorting this without resorting to having to start the rigging all over again?
