Very nice.
A few crits I have though. Firstly, with the main scene - the textures on the ground and buildings show a distinct procedural look to them. I'd tink about layering some extra detail onto them to help break them up somewhat.
Also, since it's supposed to be a junkyard/wasteground scene, it all looks a little too 'clean' - you need to get some dirt around the surface junctions to add that real-world look.
On the car itself - a superb texturing job. The pattern of dents along the door again suffers from the procedural look the same as the rest of the scene, but that's about all I'd think about sorting out on that front.
