Well I did not abandon LW completely, I still use it from time to time, as it was my primary choice for modeling back in the day. I never really liked Maya modeling work flow or the tools (I meant no offense/disrespect)
Modo is what LW should have been. The superiority of the tool set, work flow and faster OpenGl, is what made a switch for me. I know LW 9.6 has some major improvements, yet I still fined modo that much better.

I don't know what is going on with this place, it appears that no one is posting anything. Sad, very very very sad, cause this is my favorite 3d community.
