Hi everyone,
its been probably 1000 years since I visited SL, I think when I did the Defiant tutorial in Maya....soooo long ago. For those that dont know I am an Engineering Surveyor 6 days a week and Father/Husband/3D model tinkerer in whatever time I have left.
I use Maya as my main software pack, tried LW and just dont like it...LOL then again I hate Zbrush with a passion. I have been encouraged by my good friend David to give the latest Zbrush to Lightwave tutorial a shot. I have accepted the challenge 1: The tutor is an Aussie (like me) 2: It looks like a good tutorial with a valued tutor and well priced 3: See if I cant pull off another good model like I did with the Defiant.
I will post my WIPS up here as far as the Zbrush parts go
I probably will not have time for renders and textures as I am too busy with my dayjob and playing with my 3D printer. Anyway, good to be back and a big shout out to a dear friend Miss Nova
