Thanx Matt.

I'm sorry for not responding Kaiser. I just remember you post so I jamped outta bed to respond. My demo reel, In hindsight as I watch it, it's not as good as I thought it was. In fact I'm quite ashamed. My attitude was different when I made it and it shows in my work. I did put everything I knew into it at the time that I made it but I know so much more now and my attitude has changed much since its creation. I'm a more sincere artist now. A while ago, while I was making my reel, instead of covering up my weakness, I simply avoided them. Because of this lack of self challenge, my work was stagnant and I never improved. The demo reel is garbage and I'm sure all who saw it thinks so now. Small nuances of character animation can separate the seasoned pro from the beginner. I used to think in animation quantity now I think in quality. Therefore I've put that thing away for good and only bring it out so that I can reference where I am and where I came from.

I am working hard on my weaknesses and making great progress. Facing them down, although difficult, makes you a far better artist that you imagine and soon those weaknesses become your strenths.
