Got a question!!!

On the Display tab on toolbar you can choose Pan or Zoom, but can you choose the Arc Rotate (not sure if that is what is called)?

Instead of going to the the pan and zoom on viewport bars and instead of going to display tab then tool bar is there a hot key for Arc rotate?
