First, yes I used a TV for the monitor. It's pluged to the "Video Out" of a Radeon 7200 and it automatically boots on the TV when the PC is turned on. You can use 2 kind of cables : simple RCA (composite) cable or an "hand-made" VGA/Peritel cable (best results with it).
Next, I bought joysticks to
Happ Controls. That works perfectly with a PC, but you need to buy an I-Pac
here in order to use them as a keyboard. You can't control the entire PC with joysticks under windows, but you can find alternatives in order to do it. For instance, you can automatically launch Mame when Windows starts and it works fine (you can control all under Mame). Otherwise Mame is available under DOS, and you can control all with joysticks, it's as perfect as under Windows.
