well RealFlow uses Particles and your Boul as collision object

Open the ObjectProperties Window for your Boul and add a FX_Colission to it and make the type 'object'.
Make an Particle Emitter and use Hypervoxels (Object Type: Volume)

Maybe Phil can make a little tutorial on howto fill a glass with water using particles.
