I think, specifically it is the XP5 version I am making... but not firm on that. There is a schematic to work off of in the tute, but its very simple so most the details and whatnot have to be interpreted. Thats part of the fun though. I am not really into cars, just doing this tute for the learning, but I am beginning to want one of these McLaren thingies. The scary thing is theres not much tute left, so I am going to have to do some of the modeling completely on my own. Well, that'll be fun too. |

haha, i've always dreamed to drive one of of them...the LM series consists of 5 cars ! the fastest car on earth !
umm have you done the tutorial or you are doing the car using the tutorial ? because i didn't understand btw i've posted my car |

Well, umm, bad news. I caught up with the end, so... things get a bit trickier from here on out. Havn't really made enough progress to post.
And here is a general question: How on earth do you model tread on tires? Or do you use a bump map instead? If you know where a good tute is that covers it I would appreciate the link. Or if you could even give me the general idea.... |
