Default Reflecting an object on the surface

Guys, tell me if I am wrong. Look at the attached image, I am trying to figure out how to reflect the object on top of the surface. I have some idea, but tell me if I am on the right track.

1 Create a flat object (box) and apply reflection to it. Them place the object I want to reflect of on the plane.

My only problem is getting it to look as glossy as the attached imaged.

For your refliction obj Go to your texture editor change specularity to 25% and glossiness to 0% and in your enviroment tab select refletion blurring to 25 % There it is.

Give it either a background image (HDR probe works best) or use the textured environment in the background options
