i think the blue color is not look real...it's to....uhmmm.... blue
i also think the pencil and cup could use some reflection and some more speculaity.

well just my 2 cents. looks great so far!!

Take a HDR image for reflection an lightning. Give the ground a texture - maybe wood. The subpatch division of the mug must be higher.

not bad so far.. the cup could perhaps be a bit smoother, especially the handle. good luck!

hey I suggest that you try makign the floor and walls have like a wood table type look I think that would really help the scene lok alot better.
