Mar/Apr - Norm - Dae
I haven't done much in lightwave for some time, so I will see what I can do, my idea that I am going to do, is not very complicated, will post some concepts later, the overall idea is that the robot is used to find micro factures on large pieces of manufactured glass and metal, the robot can also be adapted for use on the rail way networks, what it will do when it finds a facture, is scan it, to see if it needs to be repaired asap, if it does need repairing then it will send co-ordinates to a larger bot capable of repairing factures, this makes it way to the co-ordinates given and finishes off the job.

I did some research on robots and found that there is already a similar robot but it is a vacum cleaner, anyway I am no longer going to continue with this one, back to the drawing board.

ok got an idea
I had scrap the last one, this latest idea goes by the name M.R.O.U also known as Mr. O, I will post a concept sketch later, Mr. O is a Marine Robot Observer Unit, it's real life purpose would be the observing of marine life for a long periods of time, it's shape comes straight from nature.

thanks Krull, yeah based the shape off the Manta Ray, wanting to keep it simple and refined.

looks like this will be pretty good. It kind of reminds me of the ship in the Incredibles. I'm interested in seeing how this turns out keep up the good work.

Spline looks very clean. Looks just like the concept. Great work, I always was terrible with splines!
