Need help for real skin
Can someone help me in creating a real skin texture with LIghtwave 9.3?
If I can have phone support I would like to call and willing to pay for some help. robert I am new to lightwave. I have a model that that I have created in Poser 7 named Miki 2. But, I was not pleased on the skin color. I got myself into a pickle due to the mis representation of e-frontier with this video http://www.bluemoonstudioinc.com/pos..._Miki_Mov.html I was told after that this video was not created with Poser 6 but with 3dMax. What would it take to make the skin look like her? I do have the model working within Lightwave, and I have a somewhat skin tone. But, it is far from real. You will find that the face has alot of concentrated map work. Basically a face isn't a simple flat procedural tecture job, instead, people make textures for them. That's what gives the impression of muscle tone underneath the skin.
http://www.aaramel.com/images/textures/face.jpg This would be a colour map for the image, but to make it right. You would have to also do a specular, bump, diffuse and maybe a normal map. Then you would start to see some realistic results.
