Definitely looking much better.

Don't know about working on the teeth and such, but at the moment, he looks kinda like a cute, fantasy sock puppet

They look a little flimsy for horns at the moment. They seem more like tendrils of some kind like you see on the face of a catfish. Maybe if they didn't taper as thin.

here are some thicker horns and added variation to the right hand one thats why you can't see it because it is behind the head. Also added some depth to the spikes on top of the head and running down the neck

Fallen : you are right about an ambitious project so i may just have to stop modelling at the body and then make an interesting render just using the top half

Actually, you can get some quite nice renders with just a head alone if you choose the background well and choose a nice angle. Coming along nicely!

i know but i wanted to add the neck in just so it doesn't just look like a head floating can anyone point me to any tutorails on hypervoxels fire or any other fire methods
