1 Attachment(s)
Hi I got a problem or im not doing somthing right when I mirror
well here is a pic of my problem. |
maybe you accidentally hit that polygon and turned off subpatch for it?
try selecting that polygon and hit the tab key? |
no that's not it... it only seems to heppen when I use smooth shift
and when I try to mirror it blam I get that on evey thing |
So is this a subpatched polygon you have here or not? How does the mesh look if you delete that poly as well?
|
yes it is subpatched and when I delete it, it leaves a hole....
|
Try deleting any 2-point polygons, if you have any.
and also do you have 4+-point polygons? |
when u mirror, hit the 'n to bring up the numeric options and turn off 'merge points'. see if that helps.
|
THANK U SHAWRY thank you thank you!
I have been spending an enormes amount of time playing with settings etc... and never thought of that it worked like a charm. (yes im a idiot) Now I can go back to modeling in piece now that I got that one off my shoulders ( that one was hurting me alot 2) so thank u again and all for ur help. |
