Hand problems

Hey, im modeling a woman after backdrops.
Iv done most of the body but I cant seem make hands out of what Iv got.

Do I have to subdivide the whole model just to get enough vertices to make all five fingers?
Anyone know what to do here?

Hey,

Create a box in an other layer. Create the segments you need (or cut them). In your case 5.

Shape out the hand.

When you're done with that you have to connect the hand to them body.

Count your edges on the body en compare them with the ones on the hand.

Now you have to work 'till you've got the same number on body and hands. This means you have to weld points together on the hand.

When that is done weld body and hand together. And clean and shape up.

I think that must do it.
