License Agreement

When purchasing training materials from SimplyLightWave, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to view videos through our website. The training materials are the sole and exclusive property of SimplyLightWave and nothing herein grants you any distribution rights to the training materials.

You are not authorized to:

• Share your user account with others;
• Copy, modify or distribute any of the training materials;
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notice included on or in any training materials;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any encryption, security code, or other protection used in connection with the training materials;
• Capture screen shots or make recordings of training material or make training materials available to others in any format.

Cancellation Policy

Termination of account by SimplyLightWave

SimplyLightWave may terminate your user account only with cause and without notice when terminated for cause. Cause for termination would be if we determine that you have provided others with access to our training materials through your user account and you are in violation of our license agreement. If SimplyLightWave terminates your account for cause, determined at the sole discretion of SimplyLightWave, you will not receive a refund for any payments made to SimplyLightWave.

If you wish to terminate this agreement you may simply discontinue using the website.
