WHOA very sick character. i like the sharp wire on her head. Nice texturing too. One thing i would change personally, is her scar under her eye, the edges are looking to sharp. i would soft them up some more.

if you know what i mean.

You are going to animate this?

Whooow, that is something different you do not see everyday.
Great job there. Is this something going to be use in a film short? If not, it sure will fit, if they make Nightmare before Christmas 2.
