does any one know how to use this part of the program??? please help i can't get it to work

i am trying to make a walk cyccle that i can repeat over and over. i have ik set up so i can get the bones to move but the whole problem is that the IK handles don't move so my charater looks funny. How can i get motionmixter to work correctly with IK
