Not a good render, but it's only my first... you gotta start somewhere

In the surfaces panel, switch on smoothing for the surface. That should solve your problem.

The edges are looking a little harsh to me at the moment - did you turn on anti-aliasing when you rendered this? I can see that you've done a bit of a bevel on the edges of the die (singular of dice) itself, but in my humble opinion you might want to give them a bit more of a bevel just to round them off a bit more.
