I'm having some trouble getting IRQ to connect.
I've never used it and know nothing about it. It's telling me "Can't connect to server" Any tips for an IRC rookie? |

If your behind a firewall it could be that the firewalls blocks port 6667 that irc servers in most cases use.

Hey I have been on our IRC chan from time to time using turboIRC (which I would reccomend), but I am trying to configure it on Trillian. Has anyone done that? In addition to the server and channel it demands a group and port. ...?
If I can get Trillian to work I can idle with the pros. You know a lot more of us could talk if you people on the other side of the pond would change your time to any one of our 4 US time zones. ![]() |

AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!
And like a true dork, I figured out the problem 20 seconds after posting this. Well, if any of you get on the channel you can harass me. |
