I'm working on this small project and I'd like to get your help please.
As you see in this picture, I'm trying to have this photo album open or close during the animation. So I used Morphy to do so, but I can get it to open during the animation. - Closed book is called BASE, and opened I called MORPHY. I know that it's a control to do this, but I can find it. Thanks

Claudio,
I think you're referring to the Morph Mixer plugin in Layout. Open the object properties panel (p) and click on the 'Deform' tab. Next, Open the 'Add Displacement' widget and select 'Morph Mixer'. Once this displays in the list panel below, double click it to open the morph slider panel. One thing to bear in mind though is that morphs are linear in nature therefore, you won't necessarily get the impression that the photo album is opening up so much a directly transforming from closed to open (unless you've been really careful with your morph setup). You may be better off trying to acomplish this deformation with bones. Unfortunately I can't really help you with that as bone animation and IK aren't really my strong points. Maybe Philip or one of the others here has some insight? Failing that, there's bound to be something here: http://www.members.shaw.ca/lightwave.../Main_Menu.htm |

Man you got me excited. From the title I thought you were making the character from Treasure Planet! What a let-down.

Well i was looking at this, hmm, my idea will be get the cover on another layer, set the pivot point to near the cut and then simply rotate it to get the opening. But as for the texture and weather you will see the seam, you can also solve it using various other methods. Just a thought. Good Luck
