Edge tool
Does Light Wave have an Edge tool and if it does Plz tell me or is it some other tool that allows to select just the edge of a polygon.

Nope. Not yet anyway. L[8] will have edge tools when its released (allegedly), but nothing so far. However, DStorm Japan do produce a free plugin that adds edge selection tools. You can find it in their plugins library here:
