Default COG_CTRL Blues

Hi,
I'm new to LightWave and found Simply LightWave character rigging tutorial very useful. There is one thing this far I'm uncertain. I did this twice to ensure:
In tutorial COG_CTRL is created in right side view, and if view dominates pivot orientation I think it should be done in top view to get heading -horizontal-. I could not find a way to reorient it after setting IKs. Heading just sticks vertical.

My way around this was to set COG_CTRL first before IKs, make Follower to COG, reorient the character, key all items at fr 0.

I'm using LW8, all comments appreciated.

Edited by me,-horizontal- instead of -vertical-

In Lw8 you have a new tool in layout for orienting bones... mabye you should try that

(Bonetwist) Try downloading Bonetwist2.mov from www.newtek.com

Thanks sasooo,
I found and dowloaded the tut. With BoneTwist I rotated Headig. I had to also rotate COG pivot, but IKs are still fine.

I was a bit tired while writing my first post. The problem is ofcourse COG heading direction. I had allready done the whole thing over and it seems ok when COG is done in top view.
